If any piece of jewellery is faulty or broken on arrival after postage, Silver Phoenix Studio will happily mend or replace it once it has been sent back to us and assessed. Every effort is made to ensure you are given as much information as you require to be very satisfied with your jewellery. We are more than happy to maintain our pieces should anything happen under normal use. All earrings have solid silver findings/ear wires but there is no guarantee against allergic reactions.
